- Billed per company on active contractors and staff seats. Going over either included count is charged per extra unit at the rate shown on your plan.
- Optional add-ons, billed separately: e-signature from $49/mo (25 completed requests included, $2 each after) and document storage from $99/mo (50 GB included, $0.50/GB after).
- Annual billing is roughly two months off the monthly rate.

Who is the Contractor Portal for?+
Companies that work through subcontractors and vendors — telecom and fiber builds, construction, field services — and the contractors managing networks of vendors themselves.
How is it priced?+
Per company, on two counts: the active contractors in your network and the staff seats on your side. Each plan includes an allowance of both, and anything above it is charged per extra unit at the rate shown on the plan. Your vendors' own users do not each need a paid seat.
What happens when a COI or agreement expires?+
You know before it happens. Expiry alerts fire ahead of time, the compliance dashboard flags who's out of date, and non-compliant vendors are visible at a glance.
Can vendors upload their own documents?+
Yes — role-based vendor access lets each vendor manage their own agreements, insurance, and ratecards through onboarding workflows you define, with your approval as the gate.
Does it work with the rest of Hodor?+
The Contractor Portal is a standalone product. It has an API you can build against; we are not advertising integrations with other Hodor products until they are built and supported.
